nstgra 50 mg tablet is an antiretroviral medication containing Dolutegravir, an integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI) used in combination with other medicines to treat HIV-1 infection. It works by blocking the enzyme needed for the virus to multiply, reducing viral load and increasing CD4 cell count.
